At RWS, our focus is to use customer-driven tactics that affects the design of the website.  A website that meets the needs of the intended users; web site development must be user-centred.  Design must be based on optimizing the user experience by focusing on the user interface.  For this reason, it is important to have detailed knowledge of customers and behaviors.   Usability is also a key concept within the User-Centred Design.  A design that enables users to achieve goals easily and effectively.

To achieve an user interface which is learnable, error-free, efficient and meets the expectations of the users; testing and evaluation must be performed on navigation and links which properly access information.

Web Accessibility should also be a core requirement for a website.  Creating a website that will allow all users to interact regardless of disabilities, web browsers, or platform.

All our websites are tested in mulitple browsers, ie. Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8, Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Opera.
